I have always been partial to Christmas, winter scenes and seasonal landscapes. Growing up in New York and New Jersey have provided many fond memories of days skating on frozen ponds...sleigh riding down the hills in our back yards...building igloos from the piles of snow left by the snow plows...rolling in a pile of leaves in the Fall...I could go on & on, but I'd only bore you.
Now I live in the Mojave Desert. That is where Apple Valley is located.

Now that I am retired, I fully enjoy painting those memories of New England and the East Coast. I also, delight in sewing an occasional primitive doll or ornament or bowl filler.
