Hello! My name is Wendy Meagher (pronounced Mahar). Maker of Original Vintage & Whimsical style mohair teddy bears, pandas, wabbits, ellyfonts, dawgs and now jak rabuts, since 1993.

For as long as I can remember, I have always been interested in all types of art & crafts. I enjoy expressing my creativity in my art, which inspires me to try new techniques that add character and charm to each of my pieces. Developing new designs keeps me challenged and refreshed, that is why most of my pieces are one-of-a-kinds or limited editions.

My passion for collecting anything old or vintage, has definitely inspired my work as well. I strive to make each piece look wonderfully distressed and aged as if it has been in an old trunk in the attic for many years! Often, vintage textiles, trims and accessories are used.
